Last Updated: 28 June 2025  ·  Effective: 28 June 2025

1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this Agreement:

  • "Neuronest" / "we" / "us" / "our" — Neuronest, an online AI development school operating from Level 15, Menara Tech, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • "Programme" — any structured educational offering provided by Neuronest, including the AI Foundations Programme, Machine Learning Engineering Track, and Advanced AI Development & Deployment Programme.
  • "User" / "you" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in a Programme.
  • "Content" — all materials, exercises, recordings, and resources provided as part of a Programme.
  • "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or enrol in our programmes.

Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

3. Programme Description

Neuronest provides online AI development programmes delivered via live video sessions, guided exercises, project work, and mentor feedback. The three available programmes are:

  • • AI Foundations Programme — 8 weeks, RM 560
  • • Machine Learning Engineering Track — 12 weeks, RM 2,200
  • • Advanced AI Development & Deployment Programme — 16 weeks, RM 4,400

Programme content, schedule, and structure may be updated from time to time to reflect developments in the field. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes before they take effect.

Programmes are available to learners in Malaysia and internationally, subject to reliable internet connectivity. We do not restrict access by geography, but cannot be responsible for connectivity issues outside our control.

4. Enrolment and Accounts

To participate in a Programme, you must provide accurate contact and payment information at enrolment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (if applicable) secure and not sharing access with others.

Enrolment in a Programme is personal and non-transferable. Access cannot be passed to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of misconduct, misuse, or breach of these terms.

5. Learner Responsibilities

As a learner, you agree to:

  • • Engage with programme materials and sessions respectfully and in good faith
  • • Submit your own original work for project reviews and exercises
  • • Not share, reproduce, or distribute programme materials without written permission
  • • Not disrupt sessions or interfere with the experience of other learners
  • • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary course content

Neuronest reserves the right to remove a learner from a programme, without refund, if these responsibilities are materially breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content — including session recordings, exercises, curriculum materials, and written resources — is the intellectual property of Neuronest. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own learning during and after the programme period.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or publish programme content in any form without prior written consent from Neuronest.

Projects you create using the skills learned in our programmes are your own work. We do not claim ownership of your project outputs.

7. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms and available methods are confirmed during the enrolment process.

Fees must be paid before the programme start date unless a specific payment schedule has been agreed in writing. Unpaid enrolments may be cancelled.

Refund Policy: If you withdraw from a programme more than 7 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Withdrawals within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available once a programme has started, except where Neuronest is unable to deliver the programme as described.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

8. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided for educational purposes. We make no claims about specific outcomes, employment prospects, or earning potential resulting from participation. Individual results depend on a wide range of factors beyond the programme content.

Our website and programme materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content, though we work to keep materials current and accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Neuronest's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the programme in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access programme materials, including losses caused by technical outages outside our control.

10. Termination

You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7.

Neuronest may suspend or terminate your access to a programme without refund in cases of material breach of these terms. We may also discontinue a programme with reasonable notice; in such cases enrolled learners will receive a proportional refund for the undelivered portion.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to try to resolve any concern before pursuing formal proceedings. Most issues can be resolved through direct discussion.

12. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the full agreement between you and Neuronest regarding the subject matter herein.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Neuronest may assign its rights and obligations in the event of a business transfer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
